The Shataum Sector was a sector located within the Inner Rim.

Planets in Shataum included Kroctar, a New Republic world which joined the Imperial Remnant due to the manipulations of Moff Vilim Disra, who presented the ruling government with a phony Grand Admiral Thrawn.[4]
