Shaaken Beef with Tatooine Bounty was an entrée made available at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge in Disneyland beginning May 4, 2024.[3][4] It was not available at the restaurant's Disney's Hollywood Studios location.[5] The menu describes the dish as having beef with "Peppers, Onions and Crispy Kale."[4]
The Disneyland digital menu misspelled "Tatooine" as "Tattooine." The official press kit for the dish correctly spells the name of the planet. Therefore, this article assumes that the spelling on the digital menu is a typo and that the correct spelling of Tatooine is the correct name of the dish.[6]
