Sergio Aragonés is a cartoonist and writer best known for his contributions to Mad Magazine and creator of the comic book Groo the Wanderer.
His Star Wars–themed comics include Sergio Aragonés Stomps Star Wars, "Spare Parts," and "Junkheap Hero." He also illustrated the Galactic Phrase Book & Travel Guide.
Years before his involvement in Star Wars, Aragonés had been honored by author Roy Thomas who based the character of Serji-X Arrogantus on him.[1]
