Scrapper was a R5 series astromech droid that worked for the Rokana Raiders while it was based at the Khepi Tomb in the Sayma Nebula[1] during 3 ABY.[2] During that year, Scrapper stole a keycard to an area of the base's forge where a number of items had been stashed. One of the raiders tried to get it back from it but couldn't find a tool small enough to force open its panel. The raider considered blasting Scrapper but decided not to because they knew it would upset a fellow raider named Adden. Later when the lights were turned off in the forge area the raider lost track of Scrapper and eventually wrote a data message to Adden; in which they told Adden to forget about the stash.[1]
Later on in 3 ABY,[2] after infiltrating the tomb while disguised as a Rokana Raider, the scoundrel Kay Vess shot Scrapper, retrieved the keycard and recovered the stash for herself.[1]
Behind the scenes
Scrapper was first appeared in the "A Pirate's Fortune" expansion for the Massive Entertainment video game Star Wars Outlaws,[1] which was released on May 15, 2025.[3] They can be found moving around the forge during the "Dead Man Tales" mission. Destroying Scrapper and retrieving the stash is not a defined intel quest and does not impact the expansion's story.[1]
