A Scout was a game piece used in the Canto Pass game that resembled a pair of MB450 macrobinoculars. It was a boon piece that granted the player one point, as well as an extra point for each additional Scout the player had.[1] By 3 ABY,[2] one such piece had been stashed in a container at an abandoned skiff in the Mirage region of the Outer Rim moon Toshara.[1]

In 3 ABY,[2] the thief Kay Vess found the container and took the Scout piece.[1]

Behind the scenes

The Scout Canto Pass piece appeared in the 2024 video game Star Wars Outlaws, developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. It was one of several Canto Pass pieces that could be collected in the game and used as trinkets to customize the appearance of the player's S57 Cardinal speeder bike and the interior of the player's EML-850 light freighter, the Trailblazer.[1]
