Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

An Imperial Navy blockade was active during the Imperial Period under the command of Moff Boyse from his flagship Exchequer. The blockade was meant to ensure that the Council of Five, the leaders of the InterGalactic Banking Clan, not issue loans and provide funds to enemies of the Galactic Empire.[1]

Behind the scenes

The blockade was mentioned in Endless Vigil, a 2016 sourcebook for Fantasy Flight Games' Star Wars: Force and Destiny roleplaying game.[1]
