Scimitar Squadron, or simply Scimitar Squad, was a squadron of TIE/sa tactical bombers that made up part of the Imperial Navy's Starfighter Corps during the Galactic Civil War between the Galactic Empire and the Alliance to Restore the Republic. The starfighter pilots Captain Jonus and Major Rhymer were part of the squadron,[1] with Rhymer flying as Scimitar Leader.[3] Both were on board the Death Star II in the Endor system during the Battle of Endor[2] in 4 ABY.[4]
