The Sawal were a humanoid sentient species originating from the planet Tastini.
Biology and appearance
The Sawals were greenish and scaly humanoids.
Society and culture
A primitive species, the Sawals had nearly no contact with the Human colonists of Tastini, and virtually no knowledge of the galaxy, let alone the Basic language. Their main weapon were barbed spears.
Colonists feared their strange customs, and some tribes were considered cannibals, even if the disparitions may have been caused by an extremely hostile fauna.
