Sapir

Sapir was a plant known to the galaxy by the last decades of the Galactic Republic. Its leaves were used to make the sapir tea, a hot, green-colored beverage with a fragrant smell that was suitable for Human consumption. A favorite of Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn, sapir tea was served in the Jedi Temple on the Republic capital of Coruscant.^[1]
