The Saja symbol
The Saja were the members of a group from the planet Jedha who dedicated their lives to studying the secrets of the Force and teaching them to those who would learn, most notably as the lightsaber trainers aboard the MPO-1400 Purgill-class star cruiser Halcyon. The Saja had formed a partnership with Chandrila Star Line in 24 ABY[1], allowing them to instruct trainees in the ship's Lightsaber Training Pod.
Saja Beads

Each Saja had a unique connection to their beads, which had different meanings to each Saja. The beads could represent experiences or moments that Saja have had throughout their lives. Sometimes the beads were from a specific planet that the Saja was from or had traveled to, or they were given to them by another Saja or person who traveled to that planet.
