The SSDS 11-A was a Sienar hyperdrive. A powerful, unmodified SSDS 11-A was integrated into the modified armed Star Courier, the Scimitar.[1]

Behind the scenes

In the current Star Wars canon, the SSDS 11-A was mentioned in the forty-fourth issue of the De Agostini's Star Wars: Build the Millennium Falcon magazine, published [1] circa November 4, 2015.[2] The SSDS 11-A originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where it was first mentioned in the 1999 book Star Wars: Episode I Incredible Cross-Sections.[3]
