The SH-9 slugthrower pistol was a model of slugthrower produced by Czerka Arms and sold for 250 credits. The pistol was composed of lightweight composite alloys and was often referred to as a "whisper-pistol" because it was equipped with a built-in noise suppressor. The SH-9 could hold five rounds and was popular with Rebel Alliance SpecOps because it was incredibly unlikely to jam.[1]

Behind the scenes

The SH-9 slugthrower pistol was first mentioned in the Star Wars canon in Gadgets and Gear, a roleplaying supplementary sourcebook for the Star Wars Roleplaying series that was published by Fantasy Flight Games in 2019.[1]
