The SGS-45 Quarrel was a gunship model developed by Republic Sienar Systems for the Republic Navy that saw use during the Galactic War with the Sith Empire. Sporting long-range rail guns capable of being switched between ion, plasma or the standard slug models, the ship would fire at its targets from long range. It was well armed but had unimpressive speed.
Behind the scenes
The SGS-45 Quarrel is one of the five gunship models available to Republic players in Star Wars: The Old Republic: Galactic Starfighter, a 2013 Digital Expansion to the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic. It costs 2,500 Fleet Requisition to unlock, and is the Republic faction's long-range gunship, with the GSS-3 Mangler as its Imperial counterpart.[1]
