"S.O.T.E.", also known as Servants of the Empire, by Chris Ryan, was an RPGA™ Network-sanctioned tournament scenario scheduled for release in 1998 by the RPGA South-West Pacific Branch during the Phenomenon '98 convention held at the Australian National University.[1]
