The S-130 Shelter speeder was an airspeeder designed for medical treatment and protection in hazardous environments.

The S-130 was a large vehicle that was equipped with state-of-the-art medical sensors and equipment. It was designed to treat patients who had been exposed to toxins or diseases, and help investigate locations where the causes of infections were unknown. While inside, people were protected from radiation, poisons, and inhaled diseases.
History
Senator Padmé Amidala and Jar Jar Binks used one of these small ships to travel from Theed to the eastern swamps in search of the Separatist laboratory in 21 BBY.[3]
