Ruler Six was a member of the Ruling Power, the government of the planet Euceron. Along with Ruler Three and Ruler Seven, Ruler Six led a hearing held to discuss accusations by Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi that Euceron hero Maxo Vista was guilty of murder and that Vista and Liviani Sarno, head of the Games Council were conspiring to disgrace senators in an attempt to gain personal wealth.[1]
