A rubber-root was a type of root. Shortly before the Coronet City revolution on Corellia, Detective Erno began chewing on one after arrresting the Acolyte of the Beyond member Oblivion for vandalizing a wall in Coronet City with graffiti of the Sith Lord Darth Vader's mask. Erno found that rubber-root tasted like the underside of a boot, but it gave his mouth something to do other than smoking stimsticks.[1]
