Roxard was a former member of the Imperial Army and the bartender of the Silver Fulgur on the planet of Alzaris.
Biography
He once belonged to the Imperial Army before having a tavern on Alzaris.[1]
When several Rebel operatives searched for a famous thief during a mission, Roxard inadvertently gave them information while discussing his capture with an Imperial pilot.[1]
Personality and traits
Roxard was an overweight local tavern bartender, and was quite influential in the small population of Alzaris. If people asked too questions about the Imperial presence in the system, he was quick to encourage his drunken customers to attack the strangers.[1]
Roxard always searched to maintain good relations with the Imperial crew of the Imperial local space station, and was a good friend with one of its pilots.[1]
Behind the scenes
Roxard was created by Jean Balczesak for the ambiguously canon roleplaying scenario "Hold-up galactique" which appeared in the French magazine Casus Belli 62.[1]
