Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

The Rothana shipyards were a shipyard located in orbit of the planet Rothana, in the Outer Rim Territories' Taldot sector. The orbital shipyards and drydocks were operated by Rothana Heavy Engineering, a subsidiary of Kuat Drive Yards. Prior to the Clone Wars, the existence of the Rothana shipyards was one of KDY's best-guarded secrets. Defended by the KDY corporate-security starfleet, the shipyards were responsible for the construction of the assault ships of the Grand Army of the Republic. After the Declaration of a New Order, the location of Rothana and its shipyards was unveiled as the planet fell under Imperial control. By the time of 4 ABY, it was considered as one of the 67 major shipyards of the galaxy.[1]
