Ensign Rosha was a Human female who served in the Imperial Reclamation Service of the reconstituted Sith Empire during the Cold War. She enlisted the help of a visiting asset of the Empire to help sabotage the satellite uplinks of the Exchange forces stationed at the Abandoned Reclamation Service base, and put tracers on the satellites to track who had told the Exchange to spy on the Empire.[1]
With the help of the asset, Rosha received proof that the Hutt Cartel was to blame for spying via the crime syndicate, though she had initially believed that it was the Galactic Republic backing the criminals.[1]
