The title of this article is conjectural.

Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A base originally used by the Imperial Reclamation Service of the reconstituted Sith Empire was located in the Southern Jundland Wastes on the planet Tatooine, set atop the ridge formed by Scrap Ridge and the Red Cliff. It was later abandoned and then taken over by the Exchange crime syndicate. Sindal Reed led the local thugs from the spice warehouse next to the main building, whereas Kiregan Freem managed the main warehouse where the anti-air turrets were positioned.

The complex included several smaller buildings below in a nearby valley, including an outpost and a barracks building. It was later retaken by the Empire on behalf of Captain Vuk Dimitrius who sent in reinforcements from Imperial Infantry Division 130 to seize the outpost, intentionally keeping the anti-air turrets intact for when they moved in after the death of Kiregan Freem to a team of Imperial volunteers.
