Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

The Gungan Roos Tarpals led a gang of thieves on the planet Naboo, serving as their leader and father figure. Tarpals recruited the vagrant shudderup musician Jar Jar Binks into the gang after encountering him. Tarpals had Binks create distractions for security forces while he and the other gang members completed their scams. Unlike the other thieves, Tarpals respected Binks in spite of his natural clumsiness. The gang scattered after Tarpals enlisted in the Gungan Grand Army[1] by 32 BBY.[2] leaving Binks to fend for himself again. Tarpals later gave a recommendation for Binks to help him find work, although he would frequently have to deal with the clumsy Gungan's legal problems.[1]
