Roon Neele

Roon Neele was a male Sith officer of the Imperial Navy in the reconstituted Sith Empire. He acted as an attaché for the Sith Lord Darth Angral during the Sith-martial law occupation of Coruscant immediately after the Sacking of Coruscant.
