Roni lived on Vassek (pictured) during the Galactic Empire's reign.
The farmer Roni lived on the planet Vassek during the Imperial Era with their family.[1] At some point by 3 ABY,[2] the farmer began making plans to steal generators from the Galactic Empire. Around that time, a smuggler learned some information about the anti-Imperial sentiment on Vassek. When the smuggler was captured by Imperials, they gave up the intel they knew, prompting the Empire to send Viper 058-V-2353—a viper probe droid—to investigate on Vassek.[1]
The droid monitored a Vassek settlement for six weeks, recording conversations between local farmers, including Roni. Viper 058-V-2353 discovered Roni's plans to steal from the Empire and reported them. Afterward, an agent of the Imperial Security Bureau was sent to Vassek and took Roni and two adult members of their family into custody. After the endeavor, the probe droid returned to the Empire's Derosha Six space station, and a report of its time on Vassek—including the discovery and subsequent capture of Roni—was stored on a datapad.[1]
In 3 ABY,[2] the outlaw Kay Vess infiltrated Derosha Six and read the datapad mentioning the farmer while evading Imperial personnel.[1]
Personality and traits
Though they held an occupation as a farmer, Roni felt inclined to plot to steal generators from the Empire.[1]

Roni was mentioned via datapad in the 2024 video game Star Wars Outlaws, developed by Massive Entertainment.[1]
