Rolled Omelet was a type of yellow omelette that could be consumed by humans. They were available to guests on board the MPO-1400 Purgill-class star cruiser Halcyon, which was operated by Chandrila Star Line,[1] in 34 ABY.[2] The omelettes were served with a Chandrilan Waffle and two Roasted Sausages in the Crown of Corellia Dining Room as part of the breakfast buffet on board the starship, which also had syrup available to add to the dish.[1]

Rolled Omelet was a dish served at the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser hotel in Walt Disney World Resort, Florida,[1] which opened to the public on March 1, 2022.[3]
