The Rocrin system was a binary star system[2] that was located in the Airam sector, on the Outer Rim of the galaxy.[1]

Task Force Vengeance had set up an ambush to destroy a Rebel Alliance convoy using the Imperial-class Star Destroyer Rage, accompanied by the Immobilizer 418 cruiser Compellor. Avenger Squadron identified the contents of the convoy, then with the help of TIE/sa bombers, destroyed the convoy down to the last ship.
