Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

The Gungan Minister Rish Loo maintained a hidden secret laboratory on the planet Naboo sometime during the Clone Wars. Around 21 BBY, Count Dooku used this place as his base of operations to report to Darth Sidious and to lure Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker so that he could be taken prisoner and be exchanged for General Grievous.[1]

Behind the scenes

During the production of the episode "Shadow Warrior," there was the idea of having Darth Maul's Sith Infiltrator parked in this facility, since his ship was never accounted for in The Phantom Menace.
