Riar

Riar was a major city located on the planet Toydaria. It had a population of approximately 100,000, of which about 80 percent were Toydarian, and was divided into several districts. It was built on a series of hills.^[1]

The city was ruled by Baron Reeol, whose line had ruled the city for nearly a century. It was heavily involved in trade, especially with local regions, but also participated in larger trade networks.^[1]
