Rhandites, also known as Rhandite nihilists, were a group who exclusively dwelt in the Nihil Retreat as acolytes of the faith established by the Sorcerers of Rhand. The Sorcerers presided over the Rhandites from their sanctum on Rhand in the Perann Nebula. Blessed Toxmalb, Sorcerer of Rhand, held the title of Rhandite Lorekeeper and could control up to one hundered Rhandite Pawns scattered across the Nihil Retreat at any given time.[1] Shortly before the Clone Wars, Rhandite nihilists had blessed the "Dark Worlds" that made up genetic terrorist Zeta Magnus' principality in the Unknown Regions.[3]
Behind the scenes
The Rhandites, first appeared in 2010's The Unknown Regions, followed by a mention in 2014's The Imperial Warlords: Despoilers of an Empire, Part 3, which identified Cronal as a Rhandite. The Rhandite's last mention was in 2015's SkyeWalkers: A Clone Wars Story.
