Retaliator

The Retaliator was an Imperial II-class Star Destroyer which was present at the Battle of Endor.^[1] By 4 ABY, the Retaliator was assigned to the planet Venaari.^[2] It remained in Imperial service until at least 13 ABY, when it participated in the Battle of Adumar after the planet chose to join the New Republic.^[3]
