The Republic Science and Technical Center was a research facility on Coruscant, located in the Republic Navy's staging area. Doctor Sionver Boll worked there, to experiment on a Zillo Beast. That Zillo Beast broke out of containment soon after Supreme Chancellor Palpatine ordered it to be put down.[1]
