Releqy A'Kla was a female Caamasi who served the New Republic and the Galactic Federation of Free Alliances during the Yuuzhan Vong War. She was the daughter of Elegos A'Kla.
Biography
In 28 ABY, she was present on Mon Calamari with the majority of the Senate that had survived the Fall of Coruscant, and supported Cal Omas in his bid to become Chief of State. After the Alderaanian won the election, Omas appointed Releqy Minister of State as well as appointing her to the High Council, where she voted against the use of the biological weapon Alpha Red. [2]
Behind the scenes
Releqy was originally planned to be introduced in the comic Specter of Thrawn, before it was cancelled.[3]
