Echo, reading one of the manuals
Regulation manuals were manuals given to, and read by, Clone troopers. They dealt with standard regulations among the troopers. At least one regulation stated within the manual covered what to do if the sergeant of a unit was rendered unavailable, with Echo attempting to read it when Fives asked what they are to do before being cut off.[1]
