The Regency Worlds was an autocratic government in the Arkanis sector. Empress Leeya governed her dominion from the throneworld of Arkanis, which was also the capital of the Arkanis sector. During the reign of the Galactic Empire, Empress Leeya allied the Regency Worlds with the Empire, and benefited from moderate Imperial taxation, was home to a part of the Imperial cadet system, and had a degree of independence.[1]
