Randar Dowellin was a male crime lord with a unique collection of Galactic Republic artifacts, including a rare Karltonian Fiskin coin. The collection was tagged with a special chemical tracer.[1]
After the collection was stolen by the Bon Seqours, Dowellin sent bounty hunters to track down the collection, which led them to the Farrimmer Cafe on the Mynock 7 Space Station.<ref name="FC"/ >
