Rampart Town was a quiet neighborhood in the upper levels of the planet Coruscant where Coruscant Security Force captain Jaller Obrim's home was located. Obrim lived there in a multi-story apartment that appeared unremarkable from the outside, but kept out his dangerous enemies with elaborate security precautions.[1]

As the site of the home of a police officer, the name Rampart has unique meanings. Rampart is defined as a defensive wall. It is also the name a of a patrol division of the LAPD.
