The Republic Detention Center, named RDC PolAx in GAR signals, was a facility located in Pols Anaxes that was converted into a detention center from an old Republic Navy training branch facility. Ruusaan Skirata was being held as a prisoner of war in the center's Hut Eight Bravo wing, around 19 BBY.[1]
Bardan Jusik, Fi Skirata, and former ARC troopers Spar and Sull rescued Ruusaan while posing as three regular clone troopers and Bardan as a detainee brought to "identify" the prisoner. The facility was commanded by a clone trooper lieutenant from the 55th Mechanized Brigade. Fi thought this was a waste of the lieutenant's skills until he noticed that the lieutenant had been wounded, which gave hope that there was a soldiering life after being injured.[1]
