R18 Division

The R18 Division was a reconnaissance mobile armored division in the Separatist Droid Army during the Clone Wars.

History

The R18 Division utilized Armored Assault Tanks and Single Trooper Aerial Platforms to carry out reconnaissance missions and as support in defense of important Separatist assets.

The division was assigned to fulfill its defensive objectives as support to Y66 Division with B1-Series battle droids piloting AATs. However, when the Republic Army destroyed Y66's forces during the second wave of the Battle of Christophsis, General Whorm Loathsom, himself in an AAT, ordered the retreat of the R18 Division until the powering up of massive force field generators to provide protection against the Republic's artillery cannons.
