R-Duba was a desert and ocean planet[3] located in the R-Duba system, within the Quiberon sector of the galaxy's Outer Rim Territories.[1] A minor trade world, it was located in a backwater province of the Galactic Empire.[3]

R-Duba first appeared in Droids (1986) 5, the fifth issue of the Star Wars Legends Star Wars: Droids comic series published by Star Comics, an imprint of Marvel Comics,[3] which was first published on December 1, 1986.[5]
