Qwen Rowwat was a human mechanic who operated a speeder bushiness in Sashin village located in the Karaba Foothills region of the Outer Rim planet Akiva[1] in 3 ABY.[2] They had light skin, brown hair, and brown eyes. They wore a yellow jacket over a grey shirt, brown pants, a black waist sash, a black scarf and brown boots.[1]
