The owner of the submarine Questor was an individual who lived on the planet Eiram during the High Republic Era.^[1] In 228 BBY,^[2] the owner gave the Questor to their friend Fido Blick, a male Duros, because Blick was planning to go on an expedition to the wreckage of the Republic space station Starlight Beacon. When the Jedi Initiate Tep Tep asked if Blick ever travelled with the Questor before, Blick replied that he didn't but he knows he owner well.^[1]
