The title of this article is conjectural.

Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

This space station, used during the Clone Wars by Otua Blank, was a skyhook located in a low orbit above the planet of Quarzite. The skyhook consisted of a station section with docking hangars and a space elevator shaft. The shaft would deliver beings to and from the underground caverns of the planet in order to avoid exposure to the intense atmospheric pressure of Quarzite, and was presumably operated by the planet's government under Blank.
