Qatamer was a city on Lorrd, a capital of the province of Kinyov. It had brightly painted buildings that stood out in the desert plains, with the few remaining Argazdan structures, made of sinister looking black stone.[1]

During the Kanz Disorders, Qatamer became the headquarters of the Myrialite military occupation and slaving operations. It was home to Hart and Parn Starships as of 0 ABY. Around this time, it was visited by Rebel operative Han Solo, along with Zak and Tash Arranda, as well as Mammon Hoole. Tash Arranda later profiled Qatamer in her essay entitled Death in the Slave Pits of Lorrd, Or: What I Did On My Inter-Term Break.[1]
