The Q3 tractor beam satellite was a product of Phylon Transport. It was less powerful but more precise than the Q7 tractor beam projector. It was intended for moving cargo and transports, but used for war by the Zann Consortium, which employed the design to knock enemy defense satellites out of orbit.
