A pack of acklays lived in the Lonisa City Zoo on the planet Valo during the High Republic Era. The pack's alpha was the acklay Puffball.^[1] In 229 BBY,^[2] the Alcedian Jedi youngling Tep Tep befriended the pack after she and the other younglings Kildoand Gavi had to hide in the Zoo from the Nihil. Tep Tep later introduced Puffball and her packmates Blueblossom, Dewflower, Posypetal and Moonbloom to Padawan Ram Jomaram.^[1]
