Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

This protocol droid advertisement was available in the galaxy at the time of the pan-galactic conflict known as Clone Wars. The advertisement depicted a silvery protocol droid set against a blue and yellow background.[1] A billboard on the planet Coruscant showed an alternate design, in the form of a red and yellow background,[2] although the blue and yellow version was also used there.[3] Posters were put up on planets such as Coruscant[4] and Iego,[1] while the digital billboard version was available on Coruscant.[2]

Behind the scenes

The billboard behind the Death Watch assassin in the Star Wars: The Clone Wars episode "Duchess of Mandalore," shows the protocol droid accompanied by Aurebesh text. It says "[obscured]EED [obscured]OCOL?"; presumably "NEED PROTOCOL?".[2]
