The Protector Saber Design was a custom lightsaber hilt owned by the droid Hunter J-3DI that he could wield for the Hunters of the Outer Rim competition on Vespaara as an alternative to his standard lightsaber. It was covered in bone, feathers, cloth, and beads reminiscent of those found on the Forest Moon of Endor with the Ewok species.^[1]

Behind the scenes

Protector Saber Design was a "Legendary" rarity "Weapon Wrap" for the Hunter J-3DI's Jedi Saber Design, which first appeared in the competitive video game Star Wars: Hunters, specifically added within update 0.18.0 during the game's soft launch. It served as half of a cosmetic set alongside the Endor Protector. This wrap could be unlocked by purchasing either the Ewok Bundle or the Yub Nub Bundle from within the Hunters in-game shop.^[1]
