Protato
The protato, not to be confused with a potato, was an orange type of protein-enhanced synthetic vegetable. Anakin Solo threw globs of it at his brother Jacen when their family would sit down to eat meals. It also featured as an ingredient on several of the dishes cooked by Besalisk chef Dexter Jettster at Dex's Diner on Coruscant, including protato wedges and "Besalisk's Bellyful" hash.
