Process four-C was an investigation process utilized by the Neimoidian Royal Guard, which could be altered depending on a factor known as exposure time. Female Neimoidian Royal Guardswoman Ruug Quarnom ordered her partner, Guardsman Ketar Nor, to run process four-C after analyzing the chemical reaction between rubble from the Cadesura disaster and the contents of a vial she held. Nor utilized a specific device to run the process, and analyzed the results on his datapad.[1]
