Poteet was a Sector admiral who served in the Imperial Navy during the Galactic Civil War.[1] In 0 BBY,[2] he sent the librarian droid P-RC3 to the Death Star Library for duty, where the droid worked under Commander Atour Riten.[1]

Behind the scenes

Poteet was first mentioned in the 2007 novel Death Star by Michael Reaves and Steve Perry.[1]
